The ARC aims to respond within 20 business days, and has approved complete submissions in as little as 24 hours.
Any exterior improvement, new structure, or significant modification to your property requires ARC review before work begins — including new construction, accessory structures, fencing, driveways, major landscaping, solar installations, and exterior color or material changes.

Update listingThe entry gate keypad can dial your phone so you can remotely admit guests, vendors, or contractors — without giving out a code. To activate this, provide DAMC with the phone number to program into the keypad controller.

Directors serve two-year terms. All Board meetings are open to members. Contact DAMC to confirm the schedule of upcoming meetings.
Board meetings are open to all property owners. Meeting dates are posted in the resident portal and announced via community email.
